If your child is struggling with any of the issues, your child could benefit from therapy in order to improve their coping skills, ability to manage stress and overall happiness.
Our approach involves teaching kids to focus on what they have control over, to find their internal strengths and to attain resources available to gain their independence. Additionally, we steer away from things we cannot control, as they waste time, energy and leads to frustration, disappointment, anxiety or depression. We also focus on maintaining healthy boundaries with respective families and at times ask parents/ caretakers and other family members to participate in therapy to help the children or adolescents become more engaged with their families.
Let us help your teen navigate and make sense of this difficult phase of their life.
